Data Privacy

All content produced during the workshops, including meeting notes, chat logs, transcripts, polls, documents and any other materials submitted by the participants will be accessible to the staff of the Center for Collaborative Democracy (CCD), for the sole purpose of improving the Grand Bargain Framework.

Any data shared during the workshop may be collected and analyzed by the CCD Team. The CCD Team will only share the results of this analysis in public after anonymization. The CCD Team will not publicly publish or publicly post any individually-identifiable participant data without a written permission.

The CCD Team will be committed to handling the participant data with privacy and security in mind. For additional potential consequences, see the privacy policies of the following tools that the CCD Team uses to help collect data:
